Sorry for the huge delay on this, I wasn’t aware about your inquiry until just recently! I’m appalled that we haven’t responded about this matter sooner! The last information we have an Alvin Baal was that he was Phi ’56 and his address was 390 Jade, Broomfield, CO 80020 Hope this helps, and I hope I can help you with any other concerns a little faster than this last one!

Nice to see you have the website up and running again. Hope everything is going well with the house and the fraternity this semester.
I got a kick out of the picture above. Bevan, Matt, and Chip. So young, so full of life. I think this must have been taken after Matt and I shaved our heads for Yell Like Hell.
It seems that now my head is slowly returning to the shaved state, one hair at a time.
I suspect Borne is winning that most unfortunate of races, but not by much…

Hey All,
Great site! It’s great to see that Phi is still thriving:-) I agree with Ben that it’s a fun old pic, but it must have been well after the cited “Yell Like Hell” events as it appears to have been taken in the basement of Thurston Manor.
Nonetheless, everyone looks so young! How quickly things change 😉

Did anyone notice that Alpha Sigma Phi got a mention in this month’s Iowa State Visions magazine? The history review article mentioned that Alpha Sigma Phi doneated a new Lancelot and Elaine to the University in 1962.
Congrats to the early 1960’s alumni for earning some positive press for the house in 2008! 🙂
