Thurston Manor was renovated in 1999 and has a capacity of 52. There is a sun-deck for relaxation and a two-door garage to store bicycles. The front yard serves as a great place to play catch with a baseball or football on sunny days.

This is our formal room. This is a quiet room that is a great place to study or relax. We also display our various awards here. During special events such as Phi Christmas (annual Christmas party) and Casino Night during Greek Week, we clear all the furniture out of the room.

This, of course, is the Alpha Sigma Phi Touchdown Cannon. We fire this off during all ISU home football games. Everyone gets a chance to man the cannon, as we rotate the cannon crew every football game. We also tow the cannon in the VEISHA parade, this is great fun since we are usually within the first five places from the start of the parade!

The dining hall is where we all gather for meals. We have a House Mom that cooks our meals and serves them buffet style. Chapter (our weekly meeting) is also held within this room. We also have a ping-pong table that can be set up in this room for some very competitive games!

The Lounge has a big screen TV, surround sound, a DVD player, and stadium seating. Movies and away ISU football games are common uses for this room.

The rooms at Alpha Sigma Phi are suite-style. At maximum capacity there are 2-3 people a room with 4-6 people in a suite. All suite-mates share a sleep room (see photo section for pictures) Room shapes and sizes vary with location in the house.

Visit our photos section for more pictures of the house!
